Shipping & Returns
All wine orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will avoid shipping wine close to the weekend so it does not end up sitting in a warehouse - especially during the hot summer months. All orders to legal states will be shipped UPS Ground to CA, CO, HI (Oahu Only), IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV.
Please Note that there are no Saturday or Sunday shipments or deliveries available. Rush delivery can be requested; options and costs are detailed at check out.
All wine order deliveries must be signed for by a person of at least 21 years of age. For your convenience, have your package shipped to a place of business or residence where someone is available to sign for your package during business hours.
Due to the perishable nature of wine and the need for proper storage, we cannot accept returns on wine that we have shipped. However, we wish you to be 100% satisfied. If you have any problem with your shipment, whether breakage, spoilage or plain dissatisfaction, please contact us immediately at 1-800-595-WINE or email@example.com, and we will find a way to make it right.
