At Wildhurst Vineyards, we focus our winemaking on preserving and enhancing the quality and distinctive character of the grapes grown in Lake County. Techniques such as temperature controlled stainless steel fermentation, French and American oak barrel fermentation and aging, and malolactic fermentation are used judiciously to showcase the very best the fruit has to offer.
