An interesting, spicy nose of clove, richened with apple and banana fruitiness, all packed into a semi-sweet style. Persistent across the mid-palate, ending pleasantly soft and fruity. Composed of 100% of the varietal harvested from the Stipp Ranch. Fermented 100% in stainless.
