Rich, with ripe blackberry and briery notes. Has a slightly rustic edge turning to coffee and mineral with a hint of spice echoing on the finish. Composed of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Syrah, harvested from Holdenried vineyards. Fermented in 100% stainless; aged in American oak for 15 months. |
