Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 Plunkett Creek Series

Very Cabernet characteristics of ripe cherries combined with earthiness and oak campfire.  Lingering aromas of caramel toffee are followed with toasty oak.  Ripe grape tannins, and creamy wood tannins with mellow acids all contribute to a clean dry finish.
